Progess...really, this is a good stage.


An interim picture. We did a frame-off restoration on the car and yes, that's me in 1996.

So, restoration on the car was a long drawn out process. This is the car with no fenders. We'd brought it home from the body shop to build the brakes, the rear end, and parts of the suspension that were easier to get to with the fenders off. The neighbors hated this like you wouldn't believe. They would come by and offer to have it towed off for us so we moved it in to the garage.

Nope, haven't heard much from them since that. The first time we drove it it didn't have a hood, windshield, or an exhaust. They didn't much care for that either, but they did think it was cool when it was completed.
